Return of Deposits Policy

  • Deposit Conditions:
    a. To secure your appointment, a deposit of $10 is required.
    b. The deposit guarantees the reservation of time and resources for your service.
    c. No refunds of the deposit will be made under any circumstances, including last minute cancellations.

  • Cancellations and Delays:
    a. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment.
    b. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
    c. To reschedule, you will need to make a new deposit and arrange a new time.
    d. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not be entitled to a refund.

  • Reprogramming:
    a. Reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
    b. Rescheduling without loss of deposit is only allowed if notified within the established time.
    c. Late rescheduling will require a new deposit.
    d. Appointments may not be rescheduled more than twice without incurring additional charges.
