Attendance and Behavior Policies

  • Punctuality and Commitment:
    a. The client must commit to arrive on time for their appointment.
    b. The maximum waiting time is 15 minutes before automatic cancellation.
    c. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to ensure on-time service.
    d. Repeated delays may lead to restrictions on future reservations.

  • Companion Regulations:
    a. Children are not allowed in the classroom to maintain a calm and professional environment.
    b. Clients must attend alone; a companion is only allowed if the companion will also receive a nail service.
    c. Chaperones must behave in a respectful manner so as not to disrupt services in progress.
    d. If a companion does not comply with the rules, entry may be denied.

  • Professional Environment:
    a. Customers are expected to maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor at all times.
    b. No loud cell phone use is allowed inside the classroom.
    c. Disturbance to other customers or staff may result in cancellation of service without refund.
    d. Food and beverages are prohibited from entering the lounge during service.
